Job Features
- Responsible for daily capturing of transactions into Accpac Accounting package.
- Handling Fuel card reconciliation and management of regional bank card funding.
- Responsible for client order reconciliations.
- Posting and reconciling cash books for Corporate Office.
- Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
- Responsible for petty cash administration for Corporate Office.
- Preparation and coordinating of payments for Corporate Office.
- Carry out monthly supplier reconciliations and capturing of supplier invoices.
- Assist in Inter unit transaction handling.
- Performing month end processes and procedures.
- Assist in handling internal and external audit processes.
- Completion of monthly RBZ TRAS1 returns for Corporate Office.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- Degree in Accounts/ Finance
- Should have Part 2 ACCA or CIMA / Part C CIS
- 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Accpage Sage 2016 will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Aptitude for numbers and ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
- Should be well groomed, dependable and a team player
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Organizational commitment and dedication.
