- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to uphold 5-star standards
- Manage linen, cleaning supplies, and inventory control
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Front Office and Engineering departments for smooth operations
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury or 5-star hotel
- Degree or Higher National Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality
- Previous supervisory experience is essential
