Irrigation Systems Management: • Ensure the proper functioning of water sprinkler systems around the property. • Installation of desirable water features like fountains at the hotel both outside and inside Outdoor Amenities Maintenance: • Maintain outdoor amenities such as balconies, walkways, and outdoor furniture. • Coordinate repairs and replacements as needed.
