Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill-in the vacancy of Assistant Food and Beverage Controller for Rainbow Towers Hotel & ICC. Reporting to                                       :               Food and Beverages Controller. Location                                              :               Rainbow Towers, Harare. PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
  • Conduct bars daily stocktaking, compute the results so as to manage shortages /surplus in the bars.
  • Ensure all stock take results are distributed to management.

GROUP EXECUTIVE CHEF

Job Summary To oversee the kitchen staff for the Group and ensure production of quality food. This job involves supervision of overall kitchen operations for the Group.
