Applications are invited from suitably qualified personnel to fill in the position of Stores Clerk  for Rainbow Tourism Group, and the successful candidate will be based in the Finance department at Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel.

Reporting to                             :       Storeman.

Location                                    :       Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel

 

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements;

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Receive goods from suppliers.
  • Keep stores records.
  • Dispatch goods in stores.
  • Take part in stock takes.
  • Maintain cleanliness in storerooms.
  • Maintain required par levels of all stocks.
  • Secure returnable containers in the storerooms.

 

Job Specifications

  • National Certificate in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in procurement.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Superior interpersonal, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels.
  • A pleasant personality and ability to communicate well with staff and related stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ACCPAC system.
  • Should be a person of unquestionable integrity.
  • Attention to detail, honesty and ability to work with minimum supervision.
