Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced personnel to fill in the position of Receiving Clerk
Reporting to : Receiving Clerk.
Location : New Ambassador Hotel
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements;
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Receive goods and sign paperwork of receipt from suppliers.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of delivery
- Manage and return wrong deliveries.
- Take part in stock takes.
- Label deliveries and allocate them to designated places.
Job Specifications
- Certificate in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in procurement.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Superior interpersonal, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels.
- A pleasant personality and ability to communicate well with staff and related stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ACCPAC system.
- Should be a person of unquestionable integrity.
- Attention to detail, honesty and ability to work with minimum supervision.
