CREDITORS CLERK

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the position of CREDITORS CLERK at Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel.

Reporting to : Accountant
Location : Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
 Processing of Creditors’ invoices
 Reconciliation of Creditors’ accounts
Preparation of payment schedules
Compilation of statutory payments
Retention of suppliers through maintenance of good relations
Maintenance of the accounts payable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records and file all documentation.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND ATTRIBUTES
Higher National diploma in Accounting or Degree
At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in the hospitality industry
Working knowledge of Accpac and an appreciation of Opera systems
Possession of excellent analytical, communication and relationship management skills
Results oriented
