Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced personnel to fill in the position of Barman.

Reporting to:                           Food & Beverage Supervisor

Location:                                 New Ambassador Hotel

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements;

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Shift preparation and efficient handling of busy shifts
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Managing inventory and bar stocks.
• Preparing and serving drinks.
• Handling cash and process payments.
• Reconciliation of bills
• Effective practices of health and safety standards in the bar area.

Job Specifications

• Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Hands-on experience in service standards.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Sensitive to customer needs.
• High levels of personal presentation.
• Should be a person of unquestionable integrity.
• Attention to detail, honesty and ability to work with minimal supervision.
