FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR

- Ensures functionality of all systems and equipment at the front desk.

- Degree in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent

Reporting to: Accountant Location: Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel The ideal candidate should have the following requirements; PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES- Initiating purchase requests to guide the purchasing team on reorder quantities.
- Communicating with central procurement on the Units’ requirements.
- Managing stock levels and re-order levels.
- Receiving and securing all stock items.
- Issue out all requested stock items by departments.
- Posting invoices and creating system GRVs.
- Facilitate inspection of stocks for quality and fitness for purpose.
- Tracking expiry dates and liaising with user departments
- National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in procurement and stores.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the ACCPAC system.
- Should be an assertive person of unquestionable integrity.
