Job Summary The Supervisor will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and maintenance of the hotels extensive landscaping and groundskeeping operations. The role will be instrumental in creating and preserving a visually stunning and environmentally sustainable outdoor environment that enhances the guest experience and contributes to the hotel’s reputation. Reporting The position reports to the RTG Maintenance Supervisor based in Victoria Falls. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Supervision: • Supervise a team of groundskeepers and horticultural staff. • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and development • Maintain an engaged and disciplined team.
