Applications are invited from suitably qualified personnel to fill in the position of Waiter for New Ambassador Hotel.

Reporting to                     :              Restaurant Supervisor

Location                             :              New Ambassador Hotel

The ideal candidate should have the following requirements;

Key responsibilities include

• Accurate taking of guest orders.
• Preparation of tables by setting up linen, silverware and glasses.
• Upselling of additional products when appropriate.
• Serving of food and drink orders.
• Delivery of checks and collection of bill payments.
• Provision of excellent customer service to guests.

Job Specifications

• Minimum 5 O’levels.
• National Certificate in Food and Beverage Services or Equivalent will be an added advantage
• At least 1-year relevant experience in a similar position.
• Demonstrable planning and customer care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, honesty and ability to work with minimal supervision.
