SALES CONSULTANT

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill-in the vacancy of Sales Consultant at Heritage Expeditions Africa – Victoria Falls branch.

Reporting       : Sales Executive

             PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take bookings (direct, telephone and email) and channel to the respective activities for Heritage Expeditions Africa
• Daily telesales calls and social media marketing.
• Gathering marketing intelligence.
• Following up on deposits, payments and cancellations and processing these efficiently.
• Handling of online bookings.
• Build and maintain profitable relationships with clients.
• Compile and maintain customer database.
• Attend to walk-in clients.

Person Specification and desirable attributes

• Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or Tourism and Leisure Management or equivalent
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing an added advantage.
• Must be extremely sales oriented.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Highly computer literate.
