            STORES CLERK

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced personnel to fill in the position of Stores Clerk

Reporting to                             :           Storeman.

Location                                  :           Azambezi River Lodge

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements;

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Receive goods from suppliers.
• Keep stores records.
• Dispatch goods in stores.
• Take part in stock takes.
• Maintain cleanliness in storerooms.
• Maintain required par levels of all stocks.
• Secure returnable containers in the storerooms.

Job Specifications

• Certificate in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in procurement.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Superior interpersonal, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels.
• A pleasant personality and ability to communicate well with staff and related stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ACCPAC system.
• Should be a person of unquestionable integrity.
• Attention to detail, honesty and ability to work with minimum supervision.
