<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning organization skills in Kitchen operations<\/li>\n<li>Menu planning and re-engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing food production.<\/li>\n<li>Control of section production.<\/li>\n<li>Managing costs through the use of innovative cooking methods.<\/li>\n<li>Effective practices of health and safety standards in the kitchen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Specifications <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>National Certificate in Professional Cookery.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in food production and service standards.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in written and spoken English.<\/li>\n<li>Good with production-related figures.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent coordination skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent in healthy foods and green cooking.<\/li>\n<li>Sensitive to customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>High levels of personal presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Should be a person of unquestionable integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail, honesty and ability to work with minimal
