The position reports to the Food and Beverage Supervisor.<\/p>\n
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\u2022 Timeous preparation for service.
\n\u2022 Attending to guests and taking correct orders.
\n\u2022 Managing cash and sales transactions in dining facilities.
\n\u2022 Monitoring daily reconciliations of bills and ensure bills are correctly posted after shift.
\n\u2022 Interacting with guests and collecting feedback.
\n\u2022 Promoting service excellence.<\/p>\n
PERSON SPECIFICATION
\n\u2022 Holder of Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
\n\u2022 At least 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar post.
\n\u2022 Demonstrable planning and customer care skills.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
