The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements;<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n
\uf076\tCreating and preparing cold dishes (salads, appetizers, hors d\u2019oeuvres, canap\u00e9s, pates, terrines and conference sandwiches).
\n\uf076\tResearching and developing recipes
\n\uf076\tAdherence to health, safety and hygiene standards
\n\uf076\tMaintaining creativity and presentation skills together with displaying a deep sense of artistry
\n\uf076\tMust have an appetite for quality and attention to detail
\n\uf076\tGood planning and organizing skills
\n\uf076\tDemonstrable stock control and cost management skills<\/p>\n
Job Specifications
\n\uf076\tNational Certificate in Professional Cookery
\n\uf076\tClass 1
\n\uf076\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in the industry
\n\uf076\tExperience is in the Larder section is an added advantage.
\n\uf076\tHighly motivated and works with minimum supervision
\n\uf076\tHigh levels of innovation and creativity
\n\uf076\tFluency in English Language
\n\uf076\tWell groomed<\/p>\n
