The ideal candidate should have the following requirements;
\nKey responsibilities include
\n\u2022\tProduction of high quality food according to standard recipes.
\n\u2022\tAssists with the preparation, presentation, decoration and storage of variety of dishes.
\n\u2022\tServing of food to guests and collection of guest\u2019s feedback.
\n\u2022\tMaintains a clean and hygienic work area.
\n\u2022\tManaging costs through innovative cooking methods.
\n\u2022\tAdheres to effective practices of Health and Safety standards in the Kitchen.<\/p>\n
Job Specifications
\nThe candidate should have the following
\n\u2022\tNational Certificate in Professional Cookery.
\n\u2022\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in the Industry.
\n\u2022\tExperience as a Saucier will be an added advantage.
\n\u2022\tHighly motivated and works with minimum supervision.
\n\u2022\tHigh levels of innovation and creativity.
\n\u2022\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
