Introduction
\nApplications are invited from suitably qualified personnel to fill in the position of Receptionist Cashier for Rainbow Tourism Group and the successful candidate will be based in the Front Office Department, Kadoma Hotel & Conference Centre, Kadoma.<\/p>\n
The position reports to Front Office Supervisor.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities Include:
\n\uf076 Attending to guests and guest enquiries, interacting with guests and collecting guest feedback.
\n\uf076 Taking note of guests special needs and communicating accordingly
\n\uf076 Taking guest reservations, checking in and checking out guests and conducting cashiering functions.
\n\uf076 Maintaining guest accounts, updating guest profiles, transferring city ledger to accounts receivable and ensuring guest history accounts are kept current.
\n\uf076 Must be knowledgeable about the hotel`s emergency procedures and
\n\uf076 Must be knowledgeable about keys to the City<\/p>\n
Job Specifications
\nThe candidate should have the following:
\n\uf076 Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management a must
\n\uf076 Business Knowledge
\n\uf076 Very good communication and interpersonal skills
\n\uf076 Hands-on experience with the Opera system.
\n\uf076 1year experience in a similar position.
\n\uf076 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\uf076 Excellent time management skills.
\n\uf076 Should be well groomed, dependable and a team player.
\n\uf076 Ability to work under minimum supervision.
\n\uf076 Organizational commitment and dedication.
\n\uf076 Accuracy and attention to detail.
