Applications are invited from suitably qualified personnel to fill in the position of Food and Beverage Manager for Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel.<\/p>\n
Reporting to : General Manager
\nLocation : Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate should have the following requirements;
\nPRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
\n\u2022 Plan for the department.
\n\u2022 Participate in budget formulation
\n\u2022 Implement the Food and Beverage budget.
\n\u2022 Supervise departmental processes.
\n\u2022 Oversee service delivery in all Food and Beverage outlets.
\n\u2022 Attend to Food and Beverage related guest issues.
\n\u2022 Handle human resources issues in the Food and Beverage department.
\n\u2022 Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
\n\u2022 Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
\n\u2022 Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
\n\u2022 Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
\n\u2022 Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
\n\u2022 Manage outlets good image and suggest ways of improvement.
\n\u2022 Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
\n\u2022 Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales.<\/p>\n
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND ATTRIBUTES
\n\u2022 Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management
\n\u2022 A Master\u2019s Degree programme in Business Management an added advantage
\n\u2022 Professional qualification in business management or leadership an added advantage
\n\u2022 3 years\u2019 experience in a Supervisory level in Food and Beverage
\n\u2022 Class 4 Drivers license a must.<\/p>\n
