PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
\n\uf0a7\tProcessing of Creditors\u2019 invoices
\n\uf0a7\tReconciliation of Creditors\u2019 accounts
\n\uf0a7\uf020Preparation of payment schedules
\n\uf0a7\uf020Compilation of statutory payments
\n\uf0a7\uf020Retention of suppliers through maintenance of good relations
\n\uf0a7\uf020Maintenance of the accounts payable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records and file all documentation. <\/p>\n
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND ATTRIBUTES
\n\uf0a7\uf020Higher National diploma in Accounting or Degree
\n\uf0a7\uf020At least 2-3 years\u2019 experience in a similar role preferably in the hospitality industry
\n\uf0a7\uf020Working knowledge of Accpac and an appreciation of Opera systems
\n\uf0a7\uf020Possession of excellent analytical, communication and relationship management skills
\n\uf0a7\uf020Results oriented <\/p>\n
