PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\u2022\tTimeous preparation for service.
\n\u2022\tAttending to guests and taking correct orders.
\n\u2022\tManaging cash and sales transactions in dining facilities.
\n\u2022\t Monitoring daily reconciliations of bills and ensure bills are correctly posted after shift.
\n\u2022\tInteracting with guests and collecting feedback.
\n\u2022\tPromoting service excellence.<\/p>\n
PERSON SPECIFICATION
\n\u2022\tHolder of Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
\n\u2022\tAt least 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar post.
\n\u2022\tDemonstrable planning and customer care skills.
\n\u2022\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
