The position reports to Maintenance Manager
\nResponsibilities include:
\n\uf076\tDesigning, arranging, and maintaining floral displays, bouquets, and centerpieces for guest areas, events, and functions.
\n\uf076\tDeveloping and maintaining the hotel\u2019s gardens and landscaped areas to ensure an attractive and welcoming environment.
\n\uf076\tPlanting, pruning, watering, and caring for flowers, shrubs, and ornamental plants.
\n\uf076\tCreating seasonal floral and garden designs that enhance the resort\u2019s image and guest experience.
\n\uf076\tCoordinating floral and garden d\u00e9cor for weddings, conferences, and special occasions.
\n\uf076\tMonitoring and managing floral and gardening supplies, including ordering and stock control.
\n\uf076\tEnsuring all outdoor and indoor floral displays are well-maintained and meet hotel standards.
\n\uf076\tCollaborating with the Events, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams to deliver consistent aesthetic quality across the property<\/p>\n
Job Specification
\n\uf076\tCertificate or Diploma in Floristry, Horticulture, Landscaping, or a related field.
\n\uf076\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in a similar position, preferably in a hospitality or landscaping environment.
\n\uf076\tStrong creative and design skills with a good eye for color and presentation.
\n\uf076\t Knowledge of plant care, floral arrangement techniques, and garden maintenance.
\n\uf076\tAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
\n\uf076\t Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
