RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
\n\uf076\tPlanning organization skills in Kitchen operations
\n\uf076\tMenu planning and re-engineering.
\n\uf076\tOverseeing food production.
\n\uf076\tControl of section production.
\n\uf076\tManaging costs through the use of innovative cooking methods.
\n\uf076\tEffective practices of health and safety standards in the kitchen.<\/p>\n
Job Specifications
\n\uf076\tNational Certificate in Professional Cookery.
\n\uf076\tAt least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
\n\uf076\tHands-on experience in food production and service standards.
\n\uf076\tFluent in written and spoken English.
\n\uf076\tGood with production-related figures.
\n\uf076\tExcellent coordination skills.
\n\uf076\tExcellent in healthy foods and green cooking.
\n\uf076\tSensitive to customer needs.
\n\uf076\tHigh levels of personal presentation.
\n\uf076\tShould be a person of unquestionable integrity.
\n\uf076\tAttention to detail, honesty and ability to work with minimal supervision.<\/p>\n
