The successful candidate will be based at <strong>Rainbow Towers Hotel and ICC Harare<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The position reports to the <strong>Executive Housekeeper.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team<\/li>\n<li>Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation<\/li>\n<li>Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to uphold 5-star standards<\/li>\n<li>Manage linen, cleaning supplies, and inventory control<\/li>\n<li>Report and follow up on maintenance issues promptly<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Front Office and Engineering departments for smooth operations<\/li>\n<li>Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person Specification &amp; Attributes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury or 5-star hotel<\/li>\n<li>Degree or Higher National Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality<\/li>\n<li>Previous supervisory experience is essential<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and team management skills<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and commitment to excellence<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organizational abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with housekeeping software or hotel property management systems (an advantage)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ROLE PROFILE Housekeeping Supervisor *3 Introduction Applications are invited from suitably qualified personnel to fill in the position of Housekeeping Supervisor.
